Pop Vault ships worldwide, straight from a personal collection — packed carefully since every piece is one-of-a-kind.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days via FedEx or UPS (domestic) or the best available international carrier, in a collector-safe box with a soft protector and bubble wrap. Tracking is included on every order, and signature is required over $200.

Domestic shipping (United States)

Shipping is charged at actual cost based on the package’s weight and your destination, calculated at checkout.

International shipping

International orders are also charged at actual cost based on weight and destination, calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, typically 1–4 weeks.

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or VAT charged by your country on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority, aren’t included in the order total, and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact me via Contact Me with your order number — this is handled the same way as a return for defect.
