Pop Vault is a personal collection sold directly by an individual. This page explains what information is collected when you shop here and how it’s used.

What’s collected

Only what’s needed to process and ship your order: name, shipping address, email address, and order details. Payment card details are handled entirely by the payment processor at checkout — they’re never stored on this site.

How it’s used

Order information is used to fulfill and ship your purchase, respond to questions, and process any return or refund. It is not used for anything beyond that, and it is not sold.

Who it’s shared with

Order and shipping details are shared only with the services required to complete a purchase: the payment processor (to charge your order) and the shipping carrier (to deliver it). No customer data is shared with anyone else.

Cookies

This site uses standard WordPress/WooCommerce cookies to keep your cart and session working while you shop. These are functional, not advertising, cookies.

Data retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, shipping, and handling any return — and to meet any legal recordkeeping requirements.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data associated with your orders, or ask for it to be deleted (where this doesn’t conflict with recordkeeping requirements, such as completed order history), by reaching out via the Contact Me page.

Children’s privacy

Pop Vault is not directed at children, and doesn’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes, the update will be posted here.
