Pop Vault is one collector’s personal Funko Pop collection, sold directly by an individual — not a registered business or company. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Product listings

Every listing reflects the actual physical item you’ll receive, photographed and box-graded before it’s listed (see the Authentication Shield on each product page). Descriptions and condition notes are written carefully, but they reflect one person’s assessment — please review the photos and grade closely before ordering, since all sales are final except as described in the Returns policy.

Pricing & availability

Prices are fixed and shown in USD. Because this is a one-of-a-kind personal collection, once a Pop sells, that listing is closed permanently — there are no restocks. Prices and availability are current only until checkout is completed.

Sales tax

Pop Vault does not currently collect sales tax on orders. If your state or country requires you to self-report use tax on personal purchases, that responsibility is yours.

Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout. Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully received.

Shipping

Pop Vault ships worldwide. See the Shipping policy for rates, packaging, and delivery details, including customs and import duties on international orders.

Order cancellation

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact me as soon as possible — if it hasn’t shipped yet, I’ll do my best to accommodate it. Once an order has shipped, it’s subject to the Returns policy instead.

Limitation of liability

Pop Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a purchase. My responsibility is limited to the item’s purchase price. This doesn’t affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer that can’t be waived under your local law.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated occasionally as the store evolves. The version posted here at the time of your order is the one that applies.
